Joël Rivard is a part-time student in his 5th year of the Masters of Information Studies at the University of Ottawa. He has an honours degree in Geomatics with a minor in Environmental Studies. While not in school, Joel works as a Cartographic Specialist with the Maps, Data & Government Information Centre (MADGIC) at the Carleton University Library.
